Year 3 Curriculum Overview 2024-2025
Year 3 used papermache to create the mould of the world. We have been exploring The Creation and decided to see how hard it would have been for God to create the world in 7 days. We used newspaper and glue, covering the balloons with lots of layers. Once it was dried we were able to pop the balloons and paint the land and sea. We talked about how we admired God for being able to create so much in just 7 days!
Today Year 3 de Rocky Road as part of their English Lesson. They used instructions to follow a recipe on how to make Rocky Road using various ingredients and equipment. We all took turns to in the process of making the snacks and watched each process to see the changes made to the ingredients. Some even added healthy fruit into the Rocky Road. The chocolate smelt amazing and we couldn’t wait to eat them!
