Each year we choose some local, national and international charities to raise money for. This helps to learn about the lives of other people and how we can faith in action to help them.

Friday 20th September 2024 - As a school we collected a marvellous £153 for Jeans4Genes day! We are very proud to support this good cause! Thank you to all who donated.
Fundraising in 2023-24

We raised £4206 for CAFOD this year through our fundraising in school and through Mr Cross and Miss Crowe's London Marathon fundraising efforts! Our school in very proud of Mr Cross and Miss Crowe for taking part and completing the London Marathon 2024.
Children in Need 2023
We had a visit from Pudsey Bear ahead of our Non Uniform Day to raise money for Children in Need.
CAFOD Cake Sale
On our Children In Need non uniform day we also held a cake sale at the end of the day to raise money for CAFOD.
Christmas Jumper Day
Christmas Giving Tree
The children and their families were invited to take a tag off our Christmas giving tree to buy a gift for a child or an adult this Christmas. This was to support the James Paget Hospital and Leeway Domestic Violence Charity with their Christmas appeals.
Mother's Day Sale
Throughout the year classes 3-6 have held fundraising events for CAFOD. Our Year 3 children held a Mother's Day sale. The children donated gifts and then a class at a time came to buy a gift and wrap it for their Mums. Year 3 raised £307 towards our CAFOD total.
Rowathon
We held our own Rowathon for a week in school. Children, staff and parents took turns on the two rowing machines to try and row as far as we could to raise money for CAFOD.
Big Lent Walk
We all took part in a sponsored walk around our school field for CAFOD.
