We are very proud to have gained 'Wild Beach School' Status.
Our school works in partnership with Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve ,RSPB, Kirkley Forum and CEFAS. Together we have developed our curriculum to create opportunities for outside learning.
This gives our pupils memorable activities that enable them to use their investigation skills and stimulate creative ideas for extended writing.
We also believe that it is important for all our children to have access to the world class natural habitats on our doorstep, especially the beach!

Big Garden Watch
We are working with the RSPB to encourage more wildlife to our grounds.
If you would like to get involved, you can birdwatch in your own garden or local area too. For more info including a free pack, visit the RSPB website.
